What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy will not be terminated if the Tenant pays rent in full and on time for 12 months starting November 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy without further notice. The Tenant must also pay the $201 application fee.
