What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the Board on September 19, 2019.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 30, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $301.26 for rent arrears and previous application fee, and $5.16 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 15, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 30, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
