What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order SOL-09933-19 is cancelled and replaced. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by August 16, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,814.68, plus $69.04 per day starting April 1, 2020 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
