What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants agreed to pay off the entire amount of arrears in the next few weeks.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $7,586.00 for rent arrears and costs, with $5,736.00 due by January 29, 2023 and the remaining $1,850.00 due by February 19, 2023. The Tenants shall also pay the new rent on time and in full starting February 1, 2023. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
