What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant requested a repayment plan to allow him to repay the arrears while preserving the tenancy.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,336 in rent arrears and application costs through a repayment plan. The Tenant shall pay $3,050 by July 1, 2021, and then $500 per month plus the full monthly rent until the debt is paid in full. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
