What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, using the rental unit or the residential complex in a manner that is inconsistent with use as a residential premises and that has caused or can be expected to cause significant damage, and seriously impairing the safety of any person. The issues were related to the Tenant not mowing the lawn, leading to weeds and shrubs growing, which the Landlord alleged was inviting pests and rodents, causing interference with the municipality, other tenants, and neighbours.
