What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex or another lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The Landlord alleged the Tenant has been harassing neighbours, property managers, and the Landlord, denying access to the unit for inspections, and harassing real estate agents.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 24, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting August 25, 2021.
