The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,596.58 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $49.32 per day starting August 26, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 5, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
