What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice). The parties reached an agreement at the review hearing.
The ruling
The parties agreed that the Tenant owes the Landlord $21,052.27 in arrears, filing fees, and sheriff's fees. The Tenant must pay this amount by November 12, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the tenancy will be terminated on November 13, 2023, and the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
