What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order CEL-99679-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by September 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,897.45, plus $85.48 per day starting August 25, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
