Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order SOL-20818-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $0.37 representing the remaining rent arrears from the previous order, plus $29.59 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 26, 2021, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
