What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order dated November 15, 2022. The Tenant failed to declutter the rental unit to a state of ordinary cleanliness by December 16, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2023. The Tenant must pay $786.00 for unpaid compensation for damage and $28.60 per day starting March 21, 2023, until they move out. If the Tenant doesn't vacate by March 31, 2023, the Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting April 1, 2023.
