What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $4,024.30, plus $24.61 per day starting January 5, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $5,452.99 on or before January 15, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
