What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant made a payment of $1,010 on February 15, 2021, which was more than the $150 required amount the Tenant had to pay by March 1, 2021.

The ruling

The Landlord's application under section 78 of the Act is dismissed. Order TNL-26771-20, issued on February 1, 2021 remains in effect.
