What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on February 20, 2020 with respect to application TSL-11690-19.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 27, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. However, the eviction cannot be enforced due to Ontario Regulation 266/21 until the regulation is removed by the Ontario Government.
