The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 17, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $782.81, which includes compensation for use of the unit, application filing fees, and any outstanding amounts. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 8, 2020, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
