What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the $3,880 in arrears according to a payment schedule. The Tenant must also pay new rent on time and in full. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord can apply to the LTB within 30 days for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
