What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 3, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,746.10 plus $29.59 per day starting April 23, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by May 3, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
