What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Tenants committing illegal acts in the rental unit and on the residential complex, including possession of firearms and ammunition, stealing a pizza delivery car, and threatening another tenant with a knife.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated, effective June 7, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 7, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $890.25, which includes compensation for the use of the unit, the cost of filing the application, and interest if the amount is not paid by the due date. If the unit is not vacated by June 7, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
