What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order. The previous order required the Tenant to clean up the rental unit, remove clutter, and refrain from causing further damage.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 2, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $206, which includes unpaid compensation for damage and application fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 2, 2021, they will owe interest starting February 3, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by February 2, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
