What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous hearing order. The Tenant was found to have interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the unit by calling and verbally abusing the on-call operators and manager.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 5, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the previous application fee and $15.95 per day for use of the unit until the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 5, 2022, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
