What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act and seriously impairing the safety of other persons in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 7, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting October 8, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4.57 per day for compensation for use of the unit after October 8, 2021 until the Landlord regains possession.
