The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,279.76, plus $31.43 per day starting February 25, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 7, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
