What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant allowed her son, Billy Grant, to enter the rental unit on December 16 and 17, 2022, violating the conditions set in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 2, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting April 3, 2023.
