What happened

If not voided, the Tenants must move out by April 11, 2023, and pay $10,786.15 to the Landlord, plus $31.33 per day from March 2, 2023, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 12, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
