What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2022. The tenant must pay the landlord $5,485.13, representing the rent arrears and application fees from the previous order, less the rent deposit. The tenant must also pay $16.90 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by January 15, 2022, the tenant will owe interest and the landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
