What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order, which was to keep the rental unit in a state of ordinary cleanliness and free from pet waste.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 13, 2022. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $19.50 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 3, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by February 13, 2022, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
