What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-47901-20) issued on October 28, 2021. The Tenants failed to pay $1730.03 towards the arrears by January 20, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 6, 2022. Tenants must pay $2,473.67 plus $32.65 per day starting February 24, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If full payment is not made by March 6, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 7, 2022.
