What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,360.96 by March 31, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by March 31, 2023, and pay $7,160.34 plus $24.16 per day from January 6, 2023, until move-out. The eviction can be enforced from April 1, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
