The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $78.59, plus $4.57 per day starting January 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 9, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
