The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 28, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,468.85 plus $30.94 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 18, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
