The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by July 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,678.90 plus $8.71 per day starting July 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 23, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
