The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,086 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $12.03 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting August 6, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
