The tenancy is terminated effective September 7, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $4,533.62 plus $32.65 per day starting August 28, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by September 7, 2021, the tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
