The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,384.34 (less any payments made after November 4, 2022) by February 20, 2023, representing rent arrears up to February 9, 2023 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $24.16 per day for use of the unit starting February 10, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
