What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on September 27, 2019 with respect to a previous application.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 22, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $175 for the application fee from the previous application, and $31.96 per day for compensation for use of the unit from August 12, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 22, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest starting August 23, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 22, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
