The ruling

The previous order HOL-10145-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by September 25, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,886 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $23.01 per day for compensation starting September 1, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 25, 2021, they will owe interest starting September 26, 2021.
