What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on July 23, 2021.

The ruling

The previous order HOL-10145-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by September 25, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,886 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $23.01 per day for compensation starting September 1, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 25, 2021, they will owe interest starting September 26, 2021.
