What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (HOL-10757-21) issued on August 13, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay $400.00 arrears and $379.50 rent by January 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord -$259.55 (credit to Tenant) plus $12.48 per day starting February 3, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. The previous order HOL-10757-21 is cancelled. If the Tenant does not vacate by February 13, 2022, the Landlord may file this order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
