The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord -$259.55 (credit to Tenant) plus $12.48 per day starting February 3, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. The previous order HOL-10757-21 is cancelled. If the Tenant does not vacate by February 13, 2022, the Landlord may file this order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
