What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not attend the hearing after 30 minutes.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 11, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,895.24 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $175 for the application fee, and $35.45 per day starting December 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 11, 2020, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
