The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 6, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date and pay $201.00 to the Landlords for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not vacate by the termination date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
