What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit to an Occupant in a manner not authorized by the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. The Landlord also applied for an order that the Occupant pay compensation for the use of the rental unit.
