What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties attended a hearing and reached a consent order.
The ruling
The Tenants owe the Landlord $4,406, which includes $4,220 in rent arrears and $186 for the application fee. The Tenants are to make payments of $500 on the 14th and 20th of each month from January to April 2022, with a final payment of $406 on May 14, 2022. The Tenants must also pay the lawful monthly rent on the 1st of each month while the arrears are outstanding, starting in January 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction without further notice.
