What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in the April 13, 2021 Board mediated settlement. The Tenants did not pay rent on June 1, 2021 but paid it on June 4, 2021. The Tenants owed $12,835.54 in rent arrears up to September 30, 2021.
The ruling
Order TSL-22452-21, issued on June 15, 2021, is set aside. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $12,835.54 for the period ending September 30, 2021 according to a specified payment schedule. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
