What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued on November 26, 2019.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $2,636.66 in rent arrears and compensation for use of the unit. If the Tenant does not pay by March 7, 2020, interest will accrue at 3% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by March 7, 2020, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
