What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,942.95 plus $39.45 per day starting February 23, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 5, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
