What happened

Landlord and Tenant signed an N11 Agreement to End the Tenancy, with an effective termination date of June 30, 2021. However, the Tenant did not move out of the rental unit by the termination date set out in the agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 15, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by October 14, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
