What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the property, and seriously impairing the safety of others. This was based on the Tenant's possession and use of an airsoft rifle, as well as an alleged sexual assault.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 22, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not vacate or pay the amount owed by March 22, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
