What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on April 13, 2021 with respect to application SOL-16810-20.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by June 28, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,759.50 for rent owing up to June 17, 2021, and $32.12 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 18, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest.
