What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 19, 2022 and pay the Landlord $8,855.30 plus daily compensation of $68.22 per day starting August 16, 2022 until the Tenant vacates.
