What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $16,721.50 by March 11, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by March 11, 2023, and pay $12,939.27 plus $64.36 per day from February 17, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 12, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
